We send thank you letters to all who donate to the Kitchen, be it in kind or financial assistance, but that never
seems enough and we are never sure what else we can do. This year, as always, we have been bowled over by the community support from Keene High School, Keene Middle School, St. Joseph’s School, Keene State College Human Resource Department, TKE Fraternity, Hannaford and the Monadnock Radio Group’s Feed a Friend campaign during Thanksgiving and Christmas, the Fenton Family city-wide food drive in December, Scouting for Food by the Boy Scouts, Symonds School, The Dollar Store, the Board of Realtors Community Outreach, Enterprise Car Rental, Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1034, Keene YMCA, Jonathan Daniels School, Re-Max Town & Country, Sanel’s Car Parts, Monadnock Waldorf School, Keene Unitarian Church, Cornerstone Baptist, Toadstool Bookstore, Fuller School, Sodexho, Wheelock School, Kiwanis, Lions, Cedar Crest, Saxy Chef, Monadnock Interact, Engelberth Construction, St. James Church, St. George’s Greek Church, CD Plumbing & Heating, Carlisle Wide Floor Planking, Trinity School, Chabot Oil, C&S Wholesale Grocers, UNFI, St. George’s Church, Savings Bank of Walpole, Mascoma Savings Bank, Princeton Properties
(… one of the main reasons we don’t do these lists is that we will always inadvertently leave someone off the list … abject apologies if you do not see your business or organization).
We can’t do any of this alone. The encouragement and support the community gives us is quite overwhelming. Once again many, many thanks.    Phoebe Bray
