In the wake of COVID, The Community Kitchen is finding it difficult to hold most of its events. The largest, the Local Harvest dinner, was cancelled for the third year in a row. The Community Kitchen receives no State or Federal funding, so fundraising is a major part of what we do to help support our programs.
This Gift Card Fundraiser is an effort to raise funds for our local restaurants, as well as, a donation to us. It is our hope that this fundraiser will be beneficial to all.
Below, please find the list of the participating, locally-owned restaurants. Through The Community Kitchen, you purchase gift cards to any of these restaurants and with your purchase there is an automatic donation added that goes directly to the Community Kitchen.
The donation amounts vary according to the value of the gift card. If you choose to increase the donation, please indicate it on your order form.:
- a $25.00 gift card adds a $10.00 donation and your total will be $35.00.
- a $50.00 gift card adds a $25.00 donation and your total will be $75.00.
- a $100.00 gift card adds a $50.00 donation and your total will be $150.00.
We ask that you don’t add a lower donation than what is indicated, but of course you may increase your donation if you would like to. Take time to go through the list and think of places you enjoy going; places you have never been, but would like to try; and people who might like them as a gift. You can start your holiday shopping early and help out your community at the same time.
Participating Restaurants
Please complete the order form and return it to The Community Kitchen, PO Box 1315, Keene, NH 03431 with full payment. We must receive your order no later than November 3rd, 2022, at which time we will contact the restaurants to place our orders all at one time. We should have the gift cards available for you to pick-up or to be sent to you as indicated by you on your orderform, by December 5, 2022. ORDERFORM
