Dr. Seuss decorations for our Breakfast

Cat in the Hat

Our Annual Dr. Seuss Breakfast

On March 9th, please join us for our annual Dr. Seuss Breakfast From 8AM-11AM, held at The Community Kitchen at 37 Mechanic Street in Keene. The event will be held come Rain, Snow or Shine.

This is a fun event honoring the birthday of Theodore Seuss Geisel who was an American children’s author, political cartoonist, and animator. He is known for his work writing and illustrating more than 60 books under the pen name Doctor Seuss.

We offer such delights as the Pink Ink Yink Drink, green eggs and ham of course, Roast Who Beast and other fun things to eat and do. We have a craft corner where guests can color and make all manner of Seussical things.

Cost of the event: Suggested donations are $7 for Age 12 and up and $3 for children under the age of 12 (separate plate). Tickets are available at the door, however, seating is limited so arrive early!

All tickets purchased will receive a coupon for $3.50 off an admission pass to the Cheshire Children’s Museum. Please ask at the door.

This year we want to give every child attending [age 9 or under] a bag which would contain a reading book, an activity book/coloring book and some crayons or coloring pencils.

We are asking for donations of suitable reading books, activity/coloring books and crayons or coloring pencils. We would ask that all items be new. If you can help, please drop your donation off at the Kitchen before the end of February.
